All our Lamb supply comes from FIANZ certified and trusted meat suppliers. The trusted butcher (Wolverton Halal meats - Avondale) ensures our need for the most premium and tender cuts.


Our chicken is of Best Bird (brinks) brand which are FIANZ certified.

FIANZ matters

1947 eatery had promptly applied for FIANZ certification. While FIANZ was very helpful and full of guidance, they declined our certification request due to a bar onsite.
